Admin Assistant Part Time (Temp)

We are looking for an experienced administrator with good knowledge of all Microsoft office packages to join our head office team based in Tebay.
Reporting to our Senior Administrator you will be responsible for
Being our first point of contact to customers, suppliers and visitors to our head office; directing calls enquiries and correspondence
Other general office administrative tasks
Administrative assistance to other departments including Finance and Marketing
Photocopying, scanning and filing of documents
Maintaining an efficient office environment by purchasing and distribution of office and other supplies and general housekeeping
Co-ordination of meetings including travel and accommodation booking
The ideal candidate must be skilled at prioritising workload and happy working with minimal supervision and will be expected to be self motivated and trustworthy.
The role is a part time working Monday - Friday, 11am - 3.30pm but would need to be flexible in busier periods. It is initially a 6 month temporary contract.
